Our little snow bear

I had a 2 hour delayed start today! It was nice having some play time with Bailey and Wes before heading off to work. Wes really does adore his little girl!
It is cold and snowy out today! Wes wanted to go out to dinner tonight since we never do. I decided to bundle Bailey up in this little bear outfit I found in the closet. She is so cute in it, our little snow bear!

Before we left, I told Wes that I was getting tired of dealing with her car seat when we go out to eat. We decided we would put her in a high chair for the first time ever! She did AWESOME! She started to get a bit fussy but I just held her for a bit and she was just fine. She even let us eat our dinner. She is such a good girl. She was funny, she kept turning all the way around to check out the other people and babies at the other tables...she is such a nosey little baby.

New toy for Bailey girl!

Bailey and Wes had matching pajamas this morning...they are too cute!I told a girl I work with about how I wanted to get Bailey a play table thing that she can play with since she has been so into kneeling and trying to pull herself to a stand. She was so nice to bring me one that she had at her house that her kids loved! Before we even put the legs on she was so excited about it. Wes put the legs on and she played with this ALL night. This toy is definitely a hit with Bailey!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I think I am sick AGAIN! Well actually, I KNOW I am. I am praying that Bailey doesn't catch it. After I finish this, I am off to bed to hopefully sleep the sickness away.

Bailey was very active at daycare, so active that she refused to nap. A whole new world of crawling and pulling up on things is opening up to her and I don't think she wants to miss a minute of it. Some pictures of her on this Valentine's Day.

L O V E

This is Wes' Valentine's Day present that me and Bailey did for him. I was so excited about it, so I decided to give it to him early! He loves it! Happy 1st Valentine's with your daughter, Wes!

So we have been trying to get Bailey to eat more of her bananas that we give her for breakfast but she just won't have it! I ended up freezing the bananas before they went bad. Today I cut one up a bit and put it in one of these mesh things I got for her, she actually liked it this way! We also put an ice cube in this later and she sucked/chewed on that for a bit. She has had yams, avocados, and peas for dinner so far. I decided I would get a little more variety in her life and did carrots today. She INHALED them! This might just be her favorite food so far (or she was just super hungry!). She was a happy girl!

I was trying to take a picture of me feeding her an avocado tonight, it was harder than I thought. This picture is not very good, but her face in it cracks me up. She really does love avocados like her mommy and daddy!

I was being silly with Bailey and Wes got these pictures of us on his new camera (my old camera :P ).

Bailey was sitting in her little play saucer thing. I couldn't get a smile out of her...silly girl! This was the only shot I got of her today...it was just one of those days.

Sleepy time

Wes and I take turns feeding Bailey and putting her to bed. Tonight he was nice enough to let me relax for a bit while he fed her and put her to bed. I thought I would snap a picture or two before it was lights our for Bailey. She was a tired girl before bed.
