One of the great things about living in Reno, are the fun activities and events we have. A couple weekends ago we all woke up at 4am, loaded up the car and went to the Great Reno Balloon Race near our house. It started with the glow show and Dawn Patrol. That is my favorite part because I love watching the balloons glow. Bailey thought that was pretty neat as well. As much as Wes and I hated waking up early, the look on her face made it all worth it. I would do it every year just to see that look of excitement and awe on her face.
After watching some of the hot air balloons glow, we got to watch them inflate and prepare for take off. We got to see about 100 balloons lift off into the morning sky as the sun rose, it was really neat! Bailey's favorite balloon was the spider pig, which seemed to be having issues because it never left the ground.
