Christmas drummer girl!

This was taken on Christmas with her new drum set.



What Bailey is up to:
-Bailey will put her sippy cup in the sink all by herself when she is finished.

-New words: shoe, sock, moo, nite nite, nose, bye bye (sounds like dye dye) mouth, thank you (not very clearly though).

-Bailey can sort her blocks by color which is pretty cool to watch!

-When she is ready for bed or a nap she will say "nite nite" grab a few books and go to her crib. She loves to go to bed with her books and look at them before she goes to sleep.

- She lets us know what snack she wants. She will shake her head no if she doesn't want one and reach out for the one she wants. She will also bring her snack bowl to us when she wants more.

- She can blow her nose!

-She says "go go go" when she wants to watch her Yo Gabba Gabba show

-She will look at pretty things and go "oooh pretty"

- She spins when you say "spin Bailey"....and she won't stop.

- When we say "sit on your bottom"...she does!

I think there is more, but those are some of her new tricks! :)

We spent Bailey's Christmas money from my parents on a playhouse! She loves the ones at daycare, so I thought she would love one at home too. We can't wait until it is warmer outside so we can stay outside longer playing in it.

A perfect Christmas

We had such an amazing Christmas! Wes and I kept commenting on how it was probably the best Christmas ever, it was perfect. Bailey had a blast and we had so much fun watching her smile, open presents, and play with her new toys. I never really knew Christmas until I had Bailey. I can't wait until next Christmas!!

We didn't get a chance to get Christmas cards out this year due to issues with the computer. Here were some pictures we took for the card that was never made.

Christmas morning...

We caught Bailey coming out of her room as soon as she woke up. A tradition I am keeping with that I had when I was a child, minus the huge movie lights shining on us. My dad went a bit overboard, but I am completely thankful...wonderful memories!

I finally have my lap top back from getting worked on multiple times. It has been a very annoying month fighting with it, I have missed my blog. I have so much to catch up on, so I may have many posts the next couple of days/weeks.

I am going to start with a post I wanted to do before my hard drive decided to bite the dust, which is on Bailey and her friends.

My friend Stephanie and her daughter Kayleigh came to visit with me and Bailey for a bit when I was on break. Bailey was happy to have a friend over, but not so happy to share her toys. This is something we have been working on.
