A few days with Bailey

The other day Bailey brought out our broom and wanted to start sweeping for me. What a helpful girl!

Tried out a pony tail on Bailey for the first time when Daddy was at work...

I taught Bailey "Touchdown", so this is her doing it. Every time I get out the video camera to get her doing it, she looks at me like she has no idea what I am saying. What a stinker! One day I will get it!

With Bailey getting bigger it seems I have been having a harder time keeping up with the blog. I will try to update more often, but if I don't, you know that it is because I am exhausted and need a little relaxation time. Here are pictures from this past week.

Bailey's Grandparents come to town!

Here are some pictures from when Bailey Grandparents came to visit last week.

We headed to the Reno Air Races to watch them practice the day before the races really started.

She went and sat in her car seat all by herself to have her snack. She looks like such a big girl!

Precious Bailey

I have a lot of catching up to do and lots of cute pictures to include. Wes' parents left on Friday so I need to update with pictures from their visit (in the next post). It was so great having them here, but it was too short. I am so thankful that Bailey got to spend some time with her Grandparents.

This was how Bailey was when she was napping. I thought it was so cute she was hugging her little bunny. She is too precious when she sleeps. We love sneaking in her room at night before we head to bed, just so we can see how stinkin' adorable she is.

The past few days...

I have been so bad this week with updating! I have been fighting a cold which has led me to going to bed when Bailey does. I am finally feeling better though!


We put Bailey down for a nap on Thursday morning, but she woke up to tell us she needed to be changed. This is how Wes found her when he went to see what was wrong...

"Stop taking my picture and change me already!"

Her new favorite thing to do after bath time is to run around the house naked! Nothing cuter than a little naked baby butt running around the house. She cracks me up!

Yesterday (Saturday) I took Bailey to the water park. Let me just say...it was more work than fun! Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of her there in her cute bathing suit! That was the last thing on my mind while chasing her around and keeping her from grabbing stuff from peoples towels. When I picked her up to take her to where she was free to roam, she would throw a big tantrum. I was THAT parent with the screaming and kicking kid. I decided I had had enough and it was time to pack up and go home since she was NOT going to be the happy Bailey I am used to. This was her when we got home...

Sunday morning breakfast..."Do I have something in my hair?"

She cut tooth # 5 last night (reason for waking us up at 3:00 and staying up till about 4:00). Tooth number 6 is about cut too, so we have a very cranky Bailey! I took this picture of her today. This is the only way she will let me see in her mouth, if I tip her upside down a bit. Looks like she was eating a cheerio at the time. She also looks very slobbery around the mouth, she is a bit of a mess these days.
